Wholesale Information

Our wholesale discount schedule is for qualified wholesale buyers. We have a designer and wholesale discount. Discounts are for raw Lucite only (does not apply to kits or Vintage Lucite pieces). Please do not bother to sign up for Wholesale unless you meet the requirements. The discount's will be applied to your cart total when the requirements are met. To apply for a wholesale account register as a new user and create a profile. When you get to the box (Signup for membership) click the down arrow and select the item that applies to you. YOU MUST include your resale number in the TAX number box under company name. The registration will be sent to us and we will confirm your discount level requested. Make sure the e-mail address is accurate because this is the only way we will confirm your approval. You will receive an e-mail from us stating your account has been updated if a successful discount is granted after we validate the information. Please do not place any orders until your account has been authorized for the applicable discount. If you are placing the order and do not see that it is being discounted then the discounts are not applied yet or you have not been approved.  If you are purchasing more than 200 of any color of a style please contact us to see if the stock is available.  Large quantities are welcomed but may delay the order.  Items are counted by hand, not weighed to ensure accuracy and quality of your order.    

Discounts are as follows:

We only give wholesale discounts on Lucite. Discounts apply to Lucite that has the SKU # with "d_" in the style ie., "D_F27JET". Some Lucite is NOT discountable. Certain styles are limited, vintage stock or test products. If we decide to continue to carry them we will change the SKU at that point. Your discounts will not apply to any item that does not have a D_ in the SKU.

Qualified storefront 40%: You must give us the store name, physical location, Tax ID number, website address, and it must be verifiable. (we will check). This discount will not apply to those with only and E-bay or Etsy storefront. It must be a physical storefront. $50.00 minimum purchases of discountable Lucite.

Designer 25%: This discount is given for those who have a Tax Id relevant to the trade and we will check (not Joes plumbing). This discount will apply to those with E-bay, Etsy, or other virtual stores. A 25% Discount is given on $150.00 or more of discountable Lucite purchases.

Wholesale orders take longer to process. For colors showing "out of stock" please indicate in e-mail a desire to purchase. Out of stock colors will take at least 2 weeks delivery. Vintage styles and kits are not discounted.

No Discounts given:

Samplers, Vintage, Kits, Crystals, Books, Magazines, Supplies, Gemstones, Seed Beads and Silver.

Any discounts given are the at the sole discretion of The Hole Bead Shoppe. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
