    Our Policy  

          Your satisfaction is our goal.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods to get a Return Authorization Number, refund OR to report missing/damaged items.  You can return the purchased items within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges) subject to the Return Conditions outlined below. We try to make the Return and Exchange process as easy and hassle-free for you as possible. Please Contact us should you have further questions. There may be instances when filling your order could incur delays due to out of stock items, high volume of orders, or shipping delays. We will contact you immediately via e-mail if we are aware of a delay. An accurate up-to-date e-mail address is required for communication. If in the event you would like to have a refund or change your order we will gladly refund your purchase price. 

Privacy.  We respect your privacy!  Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!  Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail us.

Manufacturing.  All orders are packaged at the store. Our factory cannot guarantee the colors you see on our website will match exactly to what you will receive.  The colors listed on the site are representative of the colors as a standard. The differences in monitors and colors preferences vary from computer to computer.  Our factory dyes the beads to our specifications but each batch of dye might produce different results. Our factory cannot guarantee the same color results from order to order.  It is best to order large quantities of a specific style if you have a project in mind.  If you have special requests, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please inform us of your special requests before placing a wholesale order.

Credit Card Processing.  We use Authorize.net and PAYPAL for our credit card processing. We use these services to protect you the buyer and us, the seller. If you use PAYPAL it does not require that you have a PAYPAL account. It is simply a virtual processing company that is secure and handles millions of credit card transactions a year. Please call us if you have any questions. An accurate up-to-date e-mail is required for communication.

Electronic Downloads

Electronic Downloads  When you purchase a product that is an electronic download.  Your responsibility is to download the item within 15 days of your payment.  The download link will expire in 15 days.  IF you have not downloaded the file from the link in your electronic receipt with the 15 days the only way to get the file again is to repurchase the electronic file.

Returns  

Return Conditions.  Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items, and instruction manuals included. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. All charges related to the return of items to The Hole Bead Shoppe are the responsibility of the customer. Used or damaged items and returns with promotional items missing will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on customized orders.

Restocking Fees.  There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 30 days. Please keep in mind that restrictions apply. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returns of opened, used, or damaged products to cover our processing, packing, shipping expenses and credit card fees. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for the return of resalable items.

Exchanges.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please return the item to us within 15 days providing the item is in NEW (unopened, unused, untested and resalable) condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for the return of resalable items. We do not accept exchanges on customized orders.

Missing Product.  If you find something is missing from your order we request that you  notify us within 48 hrs or product receipt so we can track down the missing product.

Exchanges In Case Of Shipping Damage.  If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, we will be happy to exchange it for you. You the buyer must initiate an insurance claim. We, the shipper will make every attempt to help you complete this transaction. Once is claim is accepted you can reorder said products. Confirmation delivery numbers can be furnished upon request and a tracking number can be purchased for $1.50. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to initiate a claim. A damaged item returned for a replacement may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion.     

 Refunds

Product Refunds. We will be happy to issue a refund to you providing the Return Conditions are met. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, a refund will be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of missing items, if any. No refunds will be issued before merchandise is received and evaluated.

Shipping Refunds. Shipping charges on returns are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to domestic Ground, Express or International shipping. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than The Hole Bead Shoppe, such as customs or brokerage fees.

Shipping and Handling.  We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail as a standard. We insure your purchase to the nearest $50 dollar amount. If the Total is above $500 we will contact you when shipping is quoted and insurance is your responsibility. We will do our best to give you an accurate quote on shipping charges. If for some reason the amount charged by us is outside what we deem reasonable for the services we provided we may provide you with a refund of the difference.
